We offer a 14-day return window from the date your package is delivered. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must fall under one of the specific conditions below:
Unopened / Non-Defective Items: Items must be completely unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and with all protective hygiene seals intact. Additionally, to preserve the integrity of our natural ingredients, returned items must not have been exposed to heat above conditioned room temperature or kept in direct sunlight. Opened or used personal skincare items cannot be resold and are completely excluded from voluntary returns due to health and safety regulations.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged (e.g., leaking pumps, broken glass containers) or if you received the incorrect product variant, you are eligible for a replacement or full refund at zero cost to you.
2. Return Authorization Process
All returns, exchanges, or refund claims must be formally authorized by our customer support team prior to shipping items back.

For change-of-mind or unopened returns, you must share clear photos via email proving that the product packaging and hygiene seals are completely intact.
For transit-damaged or incorrect items, you must share clear photos or videos of the defect via email within 24 hours max of delivery.
3. Return Shipping Options & Fees
Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Items: Once authorized via email, Miracle Art Cosmetic & Personal Care L.L.C will cover 100% of the return costs and arrange the replacement or refund at zero cost to the customer.
Customer Preference / Unopened Items: If you are returning an unopened, brand-new product due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. The exact return shipping address will be shared with you by our team via email once your return is authorized.
Restocking Fees: Miracle Art Cosmetic & Personal Care L.L.C charges $0.00 (Zero) restocking fees for all valid returns.
4. Refund Processing Timelines
Once your returned item is physically received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be issued directly back to your original method of payment. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for the refund to reflect on your banking or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
5. Order Cancellations
You may request an order cancellation at any time before your package has been handed over to our shipping couriers. Once cancelled, a full refund will be immediately authorized back to your original payment method. If the order has already departed our warehouse, it must be treated as an unopened product return under our standard 14-day guidelines.
